Overview

Project Funding

Every project proposed by CryptoFlow Developments will go through an initial round of funding. This will be done by allocating a number of slots for each project with a different amount for each investor.

Milestone

During the funding round, different milestones will be set. After the milestone has been reached, funding will be taken for the acquisition of the milestone. If a project fails to reach funding then all investments will be returned.

Project management

Each project will be managed locally by an approved Project Manager. CryptoFlow Developments will oversee the full development carried out in the required manner, the highest timeframe and specifications.

PROJECT

HOW TO WORK: Every project is accessed by CryptoFlow Developments to ensure that proposals are submitted. The calculation of the full project cost will be analyzed and the profit results and the timeframe that can be achieved will be calculated to get the best return for our investors.

Projects will be proposed at different rates with appropriate slots for different investors. To invest in a project, you need to buy CFD coins directly from CryptoFlow Developments. These coins are then locked in the required slot. After the project is completed CryptoFlow Development will then buy the coins back from you at the value associated with the initial investment plus the percentage of profit made on the project after taxes and fees.

No projects will be implemented unless milestone funding is achieved. Because your investment is locked into a property, you will always maintain that security.

The more projects available for the funding round, they will be posted under the project section. There you will be able to see the amount of funds needed for each project, expected returns, time period and cost per slot.

CFD Project Token

CFD Project Tokens provide the opportunity to invest in developing a new property, property, renovation or restoration of a particular project by purchasing tokens that are allocated for slots on each development.

After you buy a slot on a particular project, you will receive an allocation of tokens which is equivalent to the amount of your investment that will be locked under a smart contract during the development period.

At the time of completion and sale of the development, you will then receive an offer from CryptoFlow Developments to repurchase your tokens at the price you paid for them plus any part of the profit generated from the development.
